ELLE DECORTrying to reconfigure the space in the home has been tricky and the only solution for increasing the kitchen space was to move the entrance from the garage a few feet and get rid of the half bath and laundry room and use that space for the kitchen. If all of these things are done, then the entrance from the garage will go directly into the kitchen, similar to this photo.
What do you think about walking right into the kitchen from the garage? How necessary is a mud room space? Maybe it's more convenient to walk right into the kitchen (for groceries, etc)
