One of my favorites is this super cute idea from Grace at A Storied Style. Her latest darling room reveal includes this awesome interchangeable gallery wall. I LOVE this idea. Perfect for switching out kids art, meaningful photos, or even mementos from family vacations or a menu from a perfect date night. They used frames the owner already had and then rounded up a few from thrift shops. Nail in a binder clip and there you have it! An easy DIY that gives a collected feel to your room.
We are obsessed with Washi Tape here. OBSESSED. Since I will always be a teenager at heart, of course I love this post on Design Sponge called, DORM ROOM DIY! These washi tape frames are so rad. I don't care what anyone says. So there. (what did I tell you? teenager!) We love the metallic washi and you can find so many pretty ones here.
Ok now for door number 3. This image has been in my favorites for a while. How great do these simple frames look when painted a consistent bold color? What a statement!
Happy Framing! Any other ideas for inexpensive options? Please share!
Love all 3. Thanks for some really great inspiration!!
ReplyDeletethis is brilliant, the binder clip idea! Always looking for an easy way to change out the kids' artwork and this would do it! love the look!
ReplyDeleteoooo i really hope you incorporate washi tape - would love to see what you might do with it!
ReplyDeleteThat top idea is darling, especially for rotating for kids art. And really, is there anything Washi tape doesn't work with? Yet to find one. It's taking over my world:)
