N STREET PROJECT REVEAL!

original doors from 1891
The time has finally come and our N Street project is finished!! We are excited to share these photos with you and to be done with this project :) This is an investor remodel by Powers Builders and I am happy to say the home sold before we put it on the market. The home actually sold before it was even finished, so you can see a few things we didn't get to complete like missing hardware :) We staged the home for the photo shoot but we didn't have the chance to furnish the home, so these photos are to showcase the remodel. Photography by Elizabeth Thomas. *lighting in the home varied a lot due to snow reflection and closed spaces, therefore paint colors, etc. look different from picture to picture.

Here we go...!

  13. Thank you all for the very nice compliments! To answer your questions - the rugs came from Foothill Oriental Rugs (local in SLC) and the brass hardware is Amerock Mulholland collection.

  18. I was wondering your thoughts on how to Mix stainless steel/polished nickel with brass in a room. I love the brass hardware on the kitchen cabinets and I notice you still did stainless appliances and a polished nickel faucet yet it all works perfectly??

    1. Hi Jen! We almost always mix hardware in kitchens and bathrooms. As long as your canvas is clean and classic, we feel like almost any combination works really well. Our favorite is what you can see in this house - polished nickel and antique brass or gold. Hope that helps!

    1. Nicole, I'm so glad you like the tile! Yes, it's actually a grayish-greenish handmade tile from California Art Tile. I LOVE this tile - even better in person. Here is the link http://www.caarttile.com/index.php . It's the 4x12 tile and I've been very happy with the quality.

  23. this makes me SO excited for the home we are building right now.... we have so many of the same choices picked, including that exact same Amerock hardware for our kitchen & baths!!! I'd love to know where the mirrors are from in the master bath??

    1. Sounds like your home is going to be beautiful! The mirrors are custom made. We had the mirror cut and then our contractor framed it with pencil molding and painted it. That way we got the mirror the exact size we wanted. Good luck with your remodel and keep in touch!
