As I've been looking for VERY affordable options for one of my projects I came across these porcelain tiles that look like wood flooring. At only $2.80 a sq. ft. it's a great option for my project, but I don't know how I feel about this tile. For my project it would be used in the bathroom. I definitely love this option for a mud room, by the pool, laundry room, or anywhere you will have the surface getting wet but you like the look of wood flooring.
One reason I am liking this tile is because of the color options. I love the "stains" on these wood floors. What do you think? Would you use it in a bathroom?

love the dog bowl to show that water can get on this and not ruin your "wood floor" |

ReplyDeleteUnknown, thank you so much for your comment. I really appreciate feedback - keep them coming!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Seriously considering this in my house after visiting my sil who has them in her new home! I could not believe it was tile, so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI have them in my whole main floor and I LOVE THEM!!! Sara is my SIL!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Especially the gray tone. I want it in my master bath.
ReplyDeleteWe used this in our master bathroom! LOVE it!
ReplyDeleteWe used American Black Walnut throughout our new house, but hubby didn't want to put it in our bathroom because the mill didn't recommend radiant heat with it so we went with this wood 'tile' instead. It's been great!
Put it in my boy's bathroom and absolutely love it! Nothing else seemed like the right floor for 2 soon to be teenage boys. Did a mid color for them. Also bought a darker wood for our master bath and laid in a herringbone pattern ....wonderful although I regret not doing radiant heat.
ReplyDeleteLove, love, adore, adore wood tile! I just bought the Bella double vanity for our bathroom today. It is white with marble on top. I am not sure to go with a rustic white flooring or a darker color. I love how the last pic has the tiles looking seamless (the spa one). Do you have any suggestions? Where did you find these tiles for 2.80?
